Festival and Camping FAQs

Festival FAQs

Q: It sounds like it’s going to be exhausting. Will I get any time to relax?

A: Of course. We all know rest is key to health and well-being. You can do as much or as little as you’d like and there will be plenty of opportunity to rest and relax throughout the weekend.

Q: Can I bring my caravan or campervan?

A: Campervans are allowed but caravans are not. If bringing a campervan, you will need to book a pitch with our accommodation partner, Hotel Bell Tent, once you have made your ticket purchase:  Festival of Sport — Hotel Bell Tent (perfectlypitchedproductions.com)

You will also be directed to the accommodation website once you have purchased your ticket with us.

Please note that if you do not tell us in advance, your campervan may be refused access on arrival.

Q: Will you have electric hook up and waste disposal for my campervan?

A: Electric hook up for campervans will be available for an additional charge (please note this must be pre-booked and cannot be requested once on site).

Toilets are provided in the Festival and camping sites. Chemical toilets are not permitted in the campsite. We recommend that those in campervans use the on-site toilets. If you are using your own chemical toilet, you must dispose of the waste in the dedicated facility provided. Chemical waste must not be poured into the on-site toilets. It is illegal to pour this waste onto the ground, into a sump or stream and anyone found doing this will be evicted from site and face a fine from the Environment Agency.

Q: What to bring if I am camping?
