Slow it down. Switch off. Feel good !
Between the on-field action and buzz of festival life, we also have space to pause, breathe and reset. Designed to help tired muscles recover, busy minds unwind, recalibrate your body and help you to feel ready for whatever comes next.
This is wellness at Festival of Sport – optional, relaxed, and very much on your terms.
Time for you
Led by our health and wellbeing expert, Suzanne Shaw, we put together a full health and wellness programme for the weekend. The programme includes HIIT sessions, yoga and family fitness alongside talks and presentations from a number of experts in the field on mental health, healthy eating and general wellbeing.
More information on this programme will be confirmed in the coming months so do keep an eye on our socials for this.

Meet Our 2026 Wellness Team

Suzanne Shaw
Suzanne first came to everyone’s attention when, at age 19, she was selected as a member of the pop band Hear’say. From there she went onto build a successful TV, music and theatre career.
After years of burning the candle at both ends, enduring an intense public career and being under the scrutiny of the British press, in 2020 Suzanne made it her mission to prioritise her wellness for the sake of her mental health.
Over the past few years, Suzanne has launched a career in motivational speaking and building a cherished community through her events and monthly membership.
Since then, Suzanne has helped thousands on their own wellness mission, helping them change their relationship with alcohol, overcoming limiting beliefs and stepping out of their comfort zones to lead happier, healthier lives.
Heading up the wellness team, Suzanne has helped Festival of Sport to plan and develop our wellness programme, making it a core part of the weekend for everyone involved.
