Of course. We all know rest is key to health and well-being. You can do as much or as little as you’d like and there will be plenty of opportunity to rest and relax throughout the weekend.
Campervans are allowed but caravans are not. If bringing a campervan, you will need to book a pitch with our accommodation partner, Hotel Bell Tent, once you have made your ticket purchase. You will also be directed to the accommodation website once you have purchased your ticket with us.
Please note that if you do not tell us in advance, your campervan may be refused access on arrival. We also regret that no tents can be pitched in the campervan area.
Electric hook up for campervans will be available for an additional charge and must be pre-booked at the time of booking your pitch. This cannot be requested once on site.
Waste disposal is also available at a designated area.
Camping pitches start at £95 per pitch and you MUST booked with Hotel Bell Tent, once you have made your ticket purchase.
When camping you will need to being your tent, camping kit, torches, sleeping bags, warm clothes, towels, wash bag etc. If glamping, you will receive many of these items so please check the camping page for details.
Please be aware that BBQs, camping stoves or naked flames are not permitted in any part of the campsite.
No everything is provided. If you have your own kit, you are welcome to bring it if you would like to.

There is a full first aid team on site who are available 24hrs a day.
No pets are allowed at Festival of Sport, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Your child/ren will be put into an age appropriate group/s on arrival with a schedule of which sports they are doing and when. They may have a choice of sports for some sessions and can sit out of any session they don’t want to do.
No, however all food outlets and bars take credit cards. You are welcome to bring some cash just in case but please note that our aim is to have a cashless festival as much as possible.
Parking is in the field next to the campsite, it’s not far to walk and we will have some strong people to hand to help carry. Don’t bring the kitchen sink though!
At Festival of Sport, we have a number of independent food and drink vendors offering a variety of cuisines from 06:00 for breakfast to 22:00 each day. In order to support these vendors, we politely request that no external food or drink is brought into the sporting arena over the weekend. We do, however, understand that children will need snacks etc over the weekend, especially with all the activities that they will be doing. Therefore we will allow a reasonable amount of these to be brought into the campsite for weekend ticket holders.
Please note, however that we do not permit any alcohol to be brought in to the event or campsite from outside.
We will of course make allowances for anyone with special dietary requirements as long as we are made aware of this in advance.

Ticket FAQs and Refund policy
We will not be issuing physical tickets. QR code tickets will be emailed to you around 30 days before the festival to be used on entry. Please remember to check your junk mail folder if you can’t see them.
If for any reason you don’t receive a booking confirmation and tickets, please email the team at tickets@festivalofsportuk.com who will be able to assist you.
Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange any tickets once purchased. Tickets to Festival of Sport cannot be transferred to another family under any circumstances.
Yes. We request that you do book a ticket for children under 3 so that we can keep track of the numbers attending the festival. You can add this to your basket free of charge when booking your tickets.
